Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Valley Same-Day Courier & Leaflet Distribution. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse any booking if we believe it is unsafe or unsuitable.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that goods are safe, packaged securely, and suitable for transport or distribution.
2. Payments
Courier Services
- Payment is due upon completion of the courier job unless a prior agreement is made (e.g. invoicing for business accounts).
- We accept cash, card, or pre-agreed invoice payments.
Leaflet Distribution
- Payment must be made in full before the leaflet distribution campaign begins.
- Returning or business customers may be offered the option to pay a deposit upfront with the balance due on completion (at our discretion).
- Campaigns will not commence until payment (or agreed deposit) has been received.
3. Cancellations
- Courier jobs cancelled within 1 hour of collection time may incur a cancellation fee.
- Leaflet distribution campaigns cancelled less than 48 hours before the start date may not be refunded.
4. Liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Courier items are carried at the owner’s risk unless prior insurance arrangements are made.
- While we aim for maximum accuracy in leaflet distribution, exact 100% coverage cannot be guaranteed.
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided will only be used to process bookings and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
7. Scope of Services
- Courier services include same-day local delivery within Rhondda Cynon Taff and surrounding areas.
- Leaflet distribution covers residential and commercial zones as mapped and agreed upon before campaign launch.
- We do not guarantee delivery to gated properties, inaccessible buildings, or areas outside the agreed zone.
8. Proof of Delivery & Reporting
- GPS tracking is available for solus and selected multi-drop campaigns.
- Reports will be provided upon completion, including delivery zones and estimated coverage.
- Clients must request tracking in advance if required.
9. Customer Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate delivery instructions and contact details.
- Leaflets must be delivered to us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date.
- We are not responsible for errors in leaflet content or design.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes should be raised in writing within 7 days of service completion. We aim to resolve all concerns promptly and fairly.
